PharmaNess.com provides standard histo- and immuno-histochemistry services. Our expertise is mainly related to the central nervous system, but we can also setup staining techniques that fit your particular needs. The client sends either intact or sliced material with the adequate preparation. We can process your tissue at various thickness using cryostat, vibratome or microtome instruments. We assure quick and reliable services at competitive prices.

Histochemistry
We provide the following chemical stainings: the Nissl staining (cresyl-violet method), the Golgi-Cox technique, the Acetylcolinesterase stain reaction, the Hematoxylin-Eosin staining and others on demand.

Immunohistochemistry
A specialized service for the staining of various proteins (TH, DBH, SERT, CREB/p-CREB, C-FOS, NeuN and others on demand) using monoclonal or polyclonal antibodies. The antibodies are associated with substrate-enzyme systems that allow colorimetric visualization.
